Polestar have marked a special moment in the Irish market with the delivery of the 100,000th produced Polestar 2 to Tony Lanigan from Castleknock. Polestar celebrated the production of the 100,000th car in late 2022. Tony Lanigan, of CT (Creative Technology) Ireland, leases the special Polestar 2 in Thunder via LeasePlan and commented:

Production of the landmark Polestar 2 was celebrated with unique decals on the doors, and a design book signed by Polestar CEO, Thomas Ingenlath – which has included in the car handover at the Polestar Space in Sandyford.
