KRONE makes raking easier with the new Swadro TC 1250 Pro
KRONE has added new technology to its Swadro TC 1250 Pro, making this compact four-rotor centre-delivery rake even easier to use. New features include Load Sensing hydraulics, ISOBUS control and other smart functions that improve comfort and efficiency.
The Swadro TC 1250 Pro joins the existing Swadro TC 1250 and Swadro TC 1250 Plus models in KRONE's 12.5-metre rake range. While all three models are easy to operate, the Pro version offers extra automation to make everyday work simpler. With Load Sensing hydraulics and ISOBUS control as standard, it can automate many tasks, reducing operator effort and helping improve productivity.
A Compact design with a high output
At just 8.25 metres in length, the Swadro TC 1250 is one of the most compact four-rotor rakes of its class. The Swadro TC 1250 has a short design which allows for easy manoeuvring in tight and uneven fields.
The working width can be adjusted continuously from 9.8 to 12.5 metres, allowing operators to match the swath size to the capacity of the forage harvester or baler.
Like the TC 1250 and TC 1250 Plus, the Pro model uses KRONE's proven EasyLine drive system. The front rotors run slightly faster than the rear rotors, which helps tp spread the crop evenly before a clean, uniform, box-shaped swath is created for efficient pickup.
Clean forage for better quality
The new Swadro TC 1250 Pro includes KRONE's hydraulic rotor relief system. This is a feature already used on the larger TC 1370 Pro and TC 1570 Pro models. It allows the rotors to follow the ground more accurately, ultimately reducing pressure on the grass and helping to produce cleaner and higher-quality forage.
The hydraulic system also improves performance on headlands. A built-in vibration damper reduces movement when the rotors are lifted, making the rake more stable and reducing the amount of stress put on the frame.
The Soft-Down system gently lowers the rotors back onto the ground after turning at the headland. This protects the sward and reduces crop contamination to maximise forage quality.
Smart automation reduces operator workload
The Swadro TC 1250 Pro includes a range of automatic features designed to make raking easier.
The rear rotors can automatically lift after the front rotors, with the delay adjusted by either time or distance to suit different field conditions. If the operator reverses while the rotors are still on the ground, they will automatically lift in order to protect both the machine and the grass.
An optional Section Control system automatically raises and lowers the rotors in the correct places, reducing operator workload, especially in awkward-shaped fields or during long working days.
The rake also features sequence control, allowing it to fold from transport mode to headland mode and back again with the push of a button. When unfolded, it automatically returns to its previous working position which saves time and ensures a consistent setup.
Like the TC 1250 Plus, the Pro model includes electric rotor height adjustment. Operators can save two preset working heights for quick changes, while each rotor can also be adjusted individually or all together from the ISOBUS terminal.
Designed for operator comfort
The Comfort On-Board Electronics 2.0 system with full ISOBUS compatibility and Load Sensing support makes the rake simple to control. All machine functions are displayed clearly on the tractor terminal, allowing operators to make adjustments without leaving the cab.
The Swadro TC 1250 Pro can also be fitted with either 500/50-17 tyres or larger 710/35 R22.5 tyres, giving operators the choice of extra ground protection and a smoother ride.
Built for professional forage production
The Swadro TC 1250 Pro combines a compact design with smart automation and operator-friendly controls. Its excellent manoeuvrability, advanced technology and focus on comfort make it an ideal choice for professional forage producers looking to improve efficiency and forage quality.

The Swadro TC 1250 Pro is characterised by its high operator comfort and numerous automatic functions – the basis for highly efficient swathing and optimum forage quality.

Both the front and rear rotors can be actively relieved hydraulically and adjusted to suit the prevailing ground conditions, thereby ensuring that the forage is always picked up cleanly.

Combining the terminal with the AUX joystick CCI A3 facilitates operation of the machine and offers the driver added comfort.

Using the ISOBUS interface, all functions can be clearly displayed on the terminal and conveniently controlled from the tractor cabin.
