Kverneland Tactus 2072 in action
Kverneland proudly presents its latest forage harvesting innovations: the new Kverneland Tactus 2072 and Tactus 2078 double‑rotor rotary rakes. Designed to deliver clean forage, high efficiency, and excellent operator comfort, these new generation machines set new standards for productivity in professional farming and contracting operations worldwide.
The Kverneland Tactus 2072 offers flexible working widths from 6.4 to 7.2 m, while the Kverneland Tactus 2078 covers working widths from 7.0 to 7.8 m. This makes both models perfectly suited to a wide range of applications, combining high capacity with excellent manoeuvrability in both small and large fields.
Thanks to their innovative design and the advanced TerraLink Plus ground contour‑following system, the Tactus rakes perform exceptionally well on uneven, hilly terrain as well as on flat fields, ensuring consistent, clean raking results in all conditions.
Advanced features for professional results
The new Tactus series is equipped with the proven DUO tine system, featuring curved 9.5 mm tines that rake the crop in two rows, delivering clear customer benefits:
Improved silage and hay quality
Consistent tine height
Smooth and even crop flow
High raking capacity
Reduced soil contamination
Curved tine arms further enhance crop lifting, minimise leaf loss, and support the formation of airy, well‑shaped swaths.
Superior ground adaptation is ensured by the TerraLink Plus with TouchDown Effect system, which enables precise three‑dimensional contour following for consistently clean forage, even under challenging field conditions. High headland clearance, a stable rear frame, and compact transport dimensions ensure safe, comfortable operation both in the field and on the road.
Designed for reliability and low operating costs
Reliability and reduced maintenance requirements are key design principles of the new Tactus range. The CompactLine gearbox, with its oil‑immersed cam track and oil‑greased tine‑arm bearings, ensures smooth operation, long service life, and low operating costs.
Practical details such as easy coupling, durable indicators, and an extensive option package – including hydraulic transport locks – allow operators to customise the machine to their specific needs and ensure efficient, comfortable day‑to‑day operation.

New Duo tines - unique performance - cleaner results!
Combining clean forage quality, high capacity, and a strong focus on operator needs, the Kverneland Tactus 2072 and Tactus 2078 rotary rakes provide a powerful and versatile solution for modern forage harvesting worldwide.
