To enter the competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of DoneDeal.
Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person please. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Competitions are open to Irish residents only.
Participation in this competition denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted via email or phone.
The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition will run from Tuesday 18th September 2018 until Friday 21st September 2018 and is open to all attendees of The Ploughing Championships.
The winner will be announced on Tuesday 25th September 2018.
The winner must collect the prize in Dublin on Tuesday 25th September 2018.
Any personal data relating to competition entrants will be used in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and best practice. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as DoneDeal may require.
If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
DoneDeal does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system, server, provider, or otherwise which may result in entries being lost or not properly registered or recorded and contestants hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any such problems.
DoneDeal reserves the right to amend or add to these these terms and conditions at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended competition terms and conditions on the relevant competition page.
Ploughing Competition Privacy Policy
Done Deal Limited (hereafter “DoneDeal”) will use the information you submit (your phone number and/or email address) to run the competition and also to run a re-marketing campaign on Facebook for a period of no more than 12 months. DoneDeal may also store this information in MailChimp in order to facilitate future communication which will be limited to a period of 12 months from the competition end date.
DoneDeal will only retain the information that you have provided to us for no more than 12 months.
